Digital River ICE Awards Entry Form

The ICE Awards 2009 call for entries is now open for submissions.

Award Description
For its annual ICE Awards, Digital River is recognizing client companies that have demonstrated successful use of proven best-practice, e-commerce strategies.  Up to three award winners will be selected for each of the five categories described below.  Winners will be selected by a Digital River judging committee and recognized at our Global Network Sales Summit in the US.  Help Digital River find its next ICE Awards winners by submitting an entry today!

Rules and Directions

  • Read the ICE Awards Qualifications first.
  • To nominate your company for the Best Product Launch, Best E-Marketing Strategy, Best International E-Commerce Strategy or Rookie-of-the-Year, you must complete and submit an online entry form.  (Please note that this form cannot be saved so you must complete the form in its entirety before submitting in.)
  • You  may enter in as many categories as you like, although only one category can be submitted per entry form.

We recommend you:

  1. First print this form to prepare your answers;
  2. Next, type your answers to Step 3 in a separate document;
  3. Then, return to the online form and complete it by transferring your answers from that document into their designated boxes in the online entry form; and
  4. Finally, when you are satisfied that you have thoroughly completed all three steps, click the submit button

Best International E-Commerce Strategy
These companies know how to capitalize on opportunities presented by growing global markets. They use creative marketing and merchandising tools on their global online stores. These sites cater to international shoppers through localized languages, currencies and preferred payment options.
Best E-Marketing Strategy
These companies are masters at creating e-marketing strategies that are setting new standards of performance and boosting their online revenue. They know how to optimize their sites, stores and marketing programs to drive traffic and generate more online sales. By using smart combinations of tools - including search engine advertising and optimization, third-party promotions, cross-sells and up sells, targeted email campaigns, affiliate marketing, paid search, analytics, and site and email optimization - they are successfully turning prospects into loyal shoppers.
Rookie-of-the-Year
As Rookie-of-the-Year, this company is new to Digital River. This company launched its Digital River® e-commerce site by creatively and strategically using e-commerce best practices, and since then has generated impressive results. This company’s tireless efforts set it apart from its peers and have aligned it for future success. The winning company in this category joined Digital River no earlier than April 1, 2008, and generated outstanding results and went above and beyond by launching a comprehensive combination of e-commerce and e-marketing best practices.
